New Delhi: New Delhi witnessed a unique coming together of diplomacy, culture, hospitality, entrepreneurship, wellness, and international engagement as CD Foundation celebrated its 11th Annual Day – Coffee Morning with Multiple Countries at Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR.

The gathering brought together diplomats, foreign dignitaries, tourism stakeholders, healthcare experts, hospitality leaders, academia, entrepreneurs, media, and institutional representatives for meaningful conversations around global collaboration, cultural diplomacy, tourism ecosystems, and people-to-people engagement.

Over the last 11 years, CD Foundation has steadily built a strong international presence through more than 100 initiatives across 45+ countries in collaboration with embassies, universities, hospitality groups, healthcare institutions, tourism stakeholders, and international organisations.

This year’s edition was curated around the theme:

“Tourism, Hospitality & Global Engagement: New Pathways for International Collaboration”

and reflected the organisation’s growing focus on relationship-driven international engagement through culture, wellness, tourism, entrepreneurship, and dialogue.

One of the most significant highlights of the morning was the launch of:

GOLDEN YEARS GLOBAL
“Ageing with Dignity – Travel, Wellness & Culture”

a new initiative by CD Foundation focused on premium elderly wellness, assisted luxury travel, cultural experiences, and meaningful global engagement for senior generations.

The initiative was unveiled by Mrs. Sumita Das, Dr. Prasun Chatterjee, and Mr. Kazem Samandari, Executive Chairman & Co-Founder of L’Opéra India, with the launch emerging as one of the most appreciated moments of the event.

Speaking during the programme, Dr. Prasun Chatterjee, Apollo Hospitals and WHO Advisory Member, highlighted the increasing global importance of conversations around longevity, wellbeing, emotional health, and quality of life for senior generations.

The programme also featured a Special Address by H.E. Mr. Wang Xinming, Minister Counsellor (Culture), Embassy of the People’s Republic of China, who appreciated CD Foundation’s efforts towards international cultural engagement and expressed interest in future Indo-cultural collaborations and people-to-people exchange initiatives.

A strong emphasis was also placed on youth engagement, entrepreneurship, and academic collaboration. Prof. Kumar Ashutosh from DCEE, University of Delhi, spoke about the importance of stronger partnerships between educational institutions, tourism ecosystems, entrepreneurship platforms, and international stakeholders to create meaningful opportunities for future generations.

Guests were hosted with a specially curated hospitality experience by Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, whose elegant ambience and elaborate gourmet spread added significantly to the experience of the morning.

Commenting on the occasion, Mr. Ramneet Singh, Hotel Manager, Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, said:

The event was organised by CD Foundation and Entrepreneur’s Club World & Us in partnership with Taj Surajkund Resort & Spa, Delhi NCR, with academic collaboration from DCEE, University of Delhi. Supporting partners included Drillcon Infrastructure Pvt. Ltd. and Perfume Point.
